UNITING THE EXCEPTIONAL.

In 2024, the University of Applied Sciences Burgenland took the opportunity to update its former German name, Fachhochschule, to align with the English designation. This change does not affect content, organisation, or quality of the education that is offered for students. UAS Burgenland's aim is to strengthen its position in both the national and international educational landscape. Since the name change, UAS Burgenland also uses the sun logo of the federal state Burgenland.

On two campuses in Eisenstadt and Pinkafeld, University of Applied Sciences Burgenland (UAS Burgenland) offers Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes in four departments:

  • Health & Social Sciences
  • Information Technology
  • Business Studies

We focus on future-relevant topics. Personal support and practical orientation are our priorities in teaching. And all that comes without tuition fees.
