Current scientific findings prepared for the industry

In this first edition, the report focuses on the functions of recruitment, recruiting channels and responsibilities in employer branding. The trend topics include the user-friendliness of company career sites and green human resources management.

The results published in this report are based on a survey of 215 people working in recruitment. The results are presented concisely in text form and with corresponding illustrations. Short statements by HR experts on individual topics round off a scientifically and practically relevant discussion on recruitment topics. The aim of the report is to make scientific findings accessible to the public. "As a university, we are pleased that companies are increasingly seeking contact with us.
