Two children came along and a job at Fedex, a global logistics company, at Vienna Airport. "I discovered the HR sector at the career and study information fair in Vienna," she says.
Alongside her job and children, she completed a Bachelor's degree at the University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna and later went on to complete a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Labour Law at the University of Applied Sciences Burgenland.
I wanted to deepen my knowledge in the field of labour law and the degree programme at UAS Burgenland suited me very well in terms of subject matter, but also because of the part-time organisational form.

She now works as an HR generalist at the Savings Bank Auditing Association and is very satisfied with this job. Her company is the bank auditor for the two largest banking groups in Austria.
In her master's thesis, she used eye-tracking and emotion measurement to experimentally analyse the influence of applicants' body weight on the application process. Her results are very interesting.
