Solutions to the climate crisis
Nina is studying for a Bachelor's degree in Building and Energy Technology (formerly Building Technology and Building Automation) at the University of Applied Sciences Burgenland in Pinkafeld. She has been fascinated by technology from an early age.
Nevertheless, she first went to Vienna after graduating from the HTL and began studying law. "I quickly realised that it wasn't for me," she says. She wanted to return to technology and back to Burgenland. The degree programme offered by FH Burgenland was a perfect fit.
She is studying part-time and works as a technician at the civil engineering firm Woschitz Engineering in Oberwart. "Working part-time is the best solution for me to complete my degree programme in line with my requirements."
In her opinion, the part-time organisational form is the best combination.
Work and study go very much hand in hand. It's a great way to gain extensive knowledge.
