Modern working environments
After several years in tourism management, a severe burnout changed her life and steered it in a new direction. Border collie dog Luna, who has played an important role in Ennsberger's life for seven years, played an important part in her recovery. A coincidence led her professionally to human resource management, to which she dedicated herself completely in 2018. She works for Zooplus as a Talent Acquisition Expert. She completed a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Labour Law at FH Burgenland in 2021.

I knew at the time that HR was my passion when I went home from the office in the evening with a guilty conscience. The day just didn't feel like work.

Zooplus, Europe's leading online retailer for pet supplies, is growing strongly. "We are the largest e-commerce business for pet supplies - I've found my dream job," says Alexandra. She is responsible for recruiting at a central level. What she loves about it: "I get paid to talk," she smiles. "It's also nice that I have an influence on changing lives. I enjoy finding suitable people who fit in with us and our culture."
During her studies at FH Burgenland, she was particularly impressed by the strong focus on the trends of "new work" and agility.
Modern working environments are taught here by teachers who don't recite dryly from the textbook.
