Exciting mix of business studies and language
Over the past six months, she has completed her internship abroad in Germany at Rituals Cosmetics in the Cologne head office.
She chose her degree programme "because I wanted to study in a more informal environment than at a university. I find learning with others motivating and the smaller groups create a stronger sense of cohesion."
She particularly likes the mix of business studies (business administration) and language, especially the option to choose Russian. "I also found the specialisations very appealing and was looking forward to further deepening my tourism education. The courses in my specialisation, Tourism Management, are extremely interesting and the professors are very committed and motivating."
On the subject of lecturers, she says:

I find the lecturers very inspiring and you can tell that they enjoy teaching and also have actual practical experience. Personally, I find it important that the lecturers know what they are talking about and also incorporate personal challenges and experiences to explain the material.

Thanks to her internship, she now has a keen professional interest in retail coordination. However, she could also imagine working in tourism again. Ideally, she hopes to combine the two.
She has been working at Rituals Cosmetics for over three years. "Before and alongside my studies, I worked in the company as a customer advisor. During my internship, I was involved in coordinating the stores, i.e. retail coordination."
