Research performance at the University of Applied Sciences Burgenland and Forschung Burgenland is higher than ever before. This is demonstrated by the 100-page catalogue of research projects. In their current projects, Burgenland University of Applied Sciences and Forschung Burgenland are focusing on sustainability and climate protection, as well as digitalisation and artificial intelligence, also in combination with agriculture.

The report documents all research activities in 2024. 137 projects with more than 450 partner institutions and a contract volume of 13 million euros make it clear that research in Burgenland is broad-based, internationally networked - and regionally effective.

It is also essential for the transfer between research, teaching and business that students are already actively involved in research projects and thus bring valuable expertise with them into their careers. If you would like to study with a practical orientation, you still have the chance to get a remaining place. More at www.hochschule-burgenland.at
