"Wine & grill with a view" - an enjoyable sundowner in the Heiligenkreuzerkeller

Eisenstadt, 30 June 2025 : A carefully curated selection of wines from dedicated winegrowers from five renowned winegrowing regions - Eisenberg, Leithaberg, Neusiedlersee, Wagram and Weinviertel - awaited the guests. The producers were there in person, presented their wines and were available for interesting discussions with visitors.

The wine selection was accompanied by a varied barbecue buffet, which was perfectly matched to the wines. DJ Clemente provided the perfect musical backdrop, rounding off the evening with relaxed sounds.

Students shone

In addition to the culinary delights, the event also offered an insight into the work and expertise of the students on the International Wine Marketing Master's course: from the concept and organisation to the wine presentation and guest service, the entire evening was planned and carried out by the students themselves.

The consistently positive response from the guests - including representatives of the university, winegrowers, wine lovers and industry experts - confirms the success of the event and underlines the high standard of education in the Master's degree programme in International Wine Marketing at the Burgenland University of Applied Sciences.
