1st place in the Highlights 2021 campaign days
On the occasion of the European Sustainability Week from 18 September to 8 October 2021, University of Applied Sciences Burgenland designed a comprehensive online programme for the general public. In the webinar series"SDGs made easy", all SDGs are presented and in further webinars, experts provide insights into the international Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and outline possible strategies for achieving them. This event was awarded 1st place in the 2021 Highlights Action Days.
3rd place in the Sustainability Award 2020
A joint project by UAS Burgenland, FH Wiener Neustadt and FH Campus Wien secured a top position in the 2020 Sustainability Award, which was organised throughout Austria. The cross-university project on the topic of the circular economy was awarded third place in the Teaching & Curricula category.
