Promoting health from an early age
After several years in the profession, she decided to expand her knowledge in the Master's programme in Health Promotion and Human Resource Management. She now also teaches there as a lecturer. "The first two degree programmes showed me many opportunities in the healthcare sector thanks to their practical relevance. From hospitals and nursing homes to the pharmaceutical industry or health promotion: I was able to get a taste of different sectors and gain knowledge during my studies. With this foundation, I was well positioned for the job. The Master's degree in Health Promotion and Human Resource Management finally opened up new perspectives for me to stay on the ball," says the graduate of the Burgenland University of Applied Sciences. For her, this step - i.e. returning to study after almost seven years of work - made a lot of sense. Not only for her working life, but also for her own personal development.

My speciality is health promotion in the kindergarten setting. It is particularly important to start as early as possible with this target group.
