Universities of applied sciences enjoy a high level of trust
The Institutions Confidence Index is compiled once a year by the OGM Institute and distributed via the APA. For the current index, 1,068 representatively selected Austrians aged 16 and over were surveyed in October 2024.
Eisenstadt/Pinkafeld, 5th of November 2024 - UAS Managing Director Georg Pehm sees the APA-OGM Trust Index ranking as an "impressive confirmation of what we strive for every day at the university for our students". The universities of applied sciences achieved a particularly positive result in 4th place.
He also sees this as a mandate for further development. The Burgenland University of Applied Sciences will continue to expand its range of degree programmes, score points with modern teaching and learning methods and incorporate its research findings into the degree programmes. This in turn stands for the best career prospects for graduates, which in turn strengthens confidence in the universities.
