The degree programme is modular and concludes with a Bachelor's examination.
Students can choose one of three specialisation subjects from the 4th semester onwards (Media Studies and Journalism, Documentation and Library Management, Content Production). This specialisation subject is continued in the 5th and 6th semester and cannot be changed.
