CEEPUS

CEEPUS (Central European Exchange Programme for University Studies) is a mobility programme that promotes the exchange of students and lecturers in Central and Southeastern Europe. University of Applied Sciences Burgenland coordinates the "Education Without Frontiers" network of over 25 partner institutions in seven countries. Within the framework of this programme, you can complete a funded stay at University of Applied Sciences Burgenland as a lecturer of one of our foreign partner institutions.

Requirements:

  • Lecturing at University of Applied Sciences Burgenland for at least 6 hours in a period of 5 working days
  • Employment at one of the CEEPUS partner universities in the countries of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Hungary
  • Lecturers without a doctorate/PhD degree do not receive a grant

Application:

  • by 15 June for the following winter semester
  • by 31 October for the following summer semester
  • The entire application process is handled via www.ceepus.info.

Amount of the grant:

  • This depends on the country in which the host institution is located (see www.ceepus.info).

Additional benefits:

  • You may be able to apply for a travel allowance and an additional grant from the National CEEPUS Office (NCO) in your home country.

Please note:

  • Unfortunately, there is no funding opportunity for administrative staff under CEEPUS.
