Yes, exchange students are welcomed during the so-called Welcome Week and receive all important information about studying at University of Applied Sciences Burgenland.

Yes, we organise two German courses (for beginners and advanced students) for our exchange students every semester. You also have the opportunity to obtain the internationally recognised ÖSD diploma (https://www.osd.at/en/).

To participate in English-language courses at University of Applied Sciences Burgenland, English at B2 level is required.

To attend courses in German at UAS Burgenland, German at B2 level is recommended.

University of Applied Sciences Burgenland recommends taking 20 ECTS credits per semester. Please also note the requirements of your scholarship programme and your home university.
