Ambitious in sports and studies

The volleyball club TSV Hartberg hat quite a season this year.

UAS Burgenland student Maximilian Bruchmann was on the court as libero and thus played a driving role. He has been active in the club since 2012.

He also demonstrates his ambitious mindest in his studies at UAS Burgenland. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Building and Energy Technology here and plans to continue his studies on the Master's degree in Building Technology and Facility Management.

The degree programme at University of Applied Sciences Burgenland impressed me from the very first semester. It's exactly what I want to do.

Coming from grammar school, it was not easy to start a technical degree programme at first. In the meantime, it is precisely the technical subjects that Maximilian is most enthusiastic about - heating engineering or energy process engineering, for example.

In addition to his studies and job in an engineering office, sport takes up a large part of his time. With good time management, he manages to juggle everything. Keep your fingers crossed for TSV Hartberg Volleyball again next season - look out for the libero in the white shirt! 😊
