The work placement rounds off the practice-oriented training of the degree programme. It comprises at least 15 weeks and is completed in the 5th semester.
Full-time students complete their work placement in an international environment, preferably in a company in Central and Eastern Europe. Students have already successfully completed internships in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Warsaw, Prague, Brno, Sopron, Budapest, Zagreb, Pula, Belgrade etc.
The internship fields are varied: accounting, controlling, marketing, project management, logistics, tourism, event management, etc.
When looking for international or foreign companies for the work placement, self-initiative is required. Our support in this is a matter of course. Existing company contacts of the degree programme and participation in European programmes provide a pool of internships. The tools for a successful application - social skills, career planning, assessments, etc. - are trained in previous semesters. - are trained in the preceding semesters.
The work placement also lasts 15 weeks for part-time students and is usually completed in Austria. The internship can also be credited to part-time students if they have a relevant professional activity.
