The practical training in the Bachelor's degree course in Healthcare and Nursing is a relevant component of the course. In addition to a scientifically sound theoretical education, students also receive high-quality practical training.
During the course of their studies, students must complete seven internships in legally defined compulsory and optional areas. The practical training takes place in all relevant medical and preventive areas and comprises 50 ECTS. Thanks to the cooperation with a large number of internship providers, students can be provided with a sufficient number of suitable, relevant internships. Most of the practical training takes place in hospitals. Other parts of the internship can also be carried out in other healthcare facilities.
